11 demands of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh accepted

Haryana Chief Minister  Manohar Lal while accepting 11 major demands raised by Haryana unit of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh today gave bonanza to Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies (PACS) employees.

         The Chief Minister, while presiding  over a meeting with members of Haryana unit of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh and officers concerned here today directed the officers to ensure that PACS employees get the benefits of Ex-gratia and cashless medical scheme.  Besides this, Mr. Manohar Lal also directed the officers to resolve the issue of promotion of PACS employees in Central Cooperative Banks.

         In the meeting, while seriously considering the demand for release of pending salaries of rural tubewell operators, Chief Minister directed the officers concerned to resolve this matter within 15 days.

         The Chief Minister directed the Panchayat Department to resolve this matter of bringing Chowkidars deputed in rural areas under the purview of PF rules.

         The Chief Minister also directed the officers to ensure the benefit of additional incentive amount to the ANM working in Urban Health Center from September 2019.

         The Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh demanded removal of discrepancies in different departments in the matter of minimum wages and withdrawal of court cases registered against computer operators in Karnal who had taken part in the strike.

         On this, the Chief Minister directed the officers to immediately withdraw the cases registered against the computer operators in Karnal.

         On the demand for revising the minimum wage, the Chief Minister asked the officers to take action on this matter as soon as possible.

         On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Department, Mr. Sanjeev Kaushal, Additional Chief Secretary, Labour Department, Mr  V. S. Kundu, Additional Chief Secretary, Power Department, Mr P. K. Das, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Departments, Mr .T.V. S.N. Prasad, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr. V. Umashanakar Principal Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, Mr. Vineet Garg, Labour Commissioner, Haryana, Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Sh. Shatrujeet Kapur, Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd, Mr T.L. Satyaprakash, Special Secretary, Health Department and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Haryana, Mr. Prabhjot Singh, Prabhjot Singh were present.
