Haryana Govt invites online applications for 14216 posts

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 7
The Haryana Government has invited online applications for direct recruitment to 14216 posts of PGT-Haryana Education Services – II (Group-B services). Out of these, 475 posts are for district Mewat and 13471 posts are for other districts of the State.
            The applicants could apply on website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in till June 28 before 5 p.m. and thereafter website link will be disabled. The last date to submit fee is June 29, 2012.
            In all other districts other than Mewat, out of 2057 posts of PGT Mathematics, 1278 posts are reserved for general category, 411 for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, 205 for Backward Classes, 102 for ex-servicemen and 61 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A. Mathematics or M.Sc Mathematics or Applied Mathematics with Mathematics as one of the subject at graduation level and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 1083 posts of PGT Chemistry, 673 posts are reserved for general category, 216 for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, 108 for Backward Classes, 54 for ex-servicemen and 32 for differently abled persons.    The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 1131 posts of PGT Physics, 702 posts are reserved for general category, 226 for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, 113 for Backward Classes, 56 for ex-servicemen and 34 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Physics or Applied Physics or Nuclear Physics or Electronics Physics and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 760 posts of PGT Biology, 471 posts are reserved for general category, 152 for  members belonging to Scheduled Castes, 76 for Backward Classes, 38 for ex-servicemen and 23 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Zoology or Botany or Bio-Science or Bio-Chemistry or Genetics or Micro-Biology or Plant Pathology or Bio-Technology or Life Science or Molecular Bio provided that the applicant had studied Botany and Zoology at graduation level and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 710 posts of PGT Geography, 441 posts are reserved for general category, 142 for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, 71 for Backward Classes, 35 for ex-servicemen and 21 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Geography and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 274 posts of PGT Psychology, 170 posts are reserved for general category, 55 for Scheduled Castes, 27 for Backward Classes, 14 for ex-servicemen and 8 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Psychology and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 350 posts of PGT Sociology, 217 posts are reserved for general category, 70 for Scheduled castes, 35 for Backward Classes, 18 for ex-servicemen and 10 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Sociology and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 276 posts of PGT Home Science, 171 posts are reserved for general category, 55 for Scheduled Castes, 28 for Backward classes, 14 for ex-servicemen and 8 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Home Science and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Similarly, out of 502 posts of PGT Punjabi, 312 posts are reserved for general category, 100 for Scheduled Castes, 50 for Backward Classes, 25 for ex-servicemen and 15 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Punjabi and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 1465 posts of PGT Sanskrit, 909 posts are reserved for general category, 293 for Scheduled Castes, 146 for Backward Classes, 73 for ex-servicemen and 44 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Sanskrit and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 6 posts of PGT Urdu, five posts are reserved for general category and one for members belonging to Scheduled Castes category. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Urdu and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 1870 posts of PGT English, 1160 posts are reserved for general category, 374 for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, 187 for Backward Classes, 93 for ex-servicemen and 56 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A English and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 1700 posts of PGT Hindi, 1054 posts are reserved for general category, 340 for Scheduled Castes, 170 for Backward Classes, 85 for ex-servicemen and 51 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Hindi and B.Ed from recognized university.
           Out of 285 posts of PGT Political Science, 177 posts are reserved for general category, 57 for Scheduled Castes, 28 for Backward Classes, 14 for ex-servicemen and nine for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Political Science and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 449 posts of PGT Economics, 279 posts are reserved for general category, 89 for Scheduled Castes, 45 for Backward Classes, 23 for ex-servicemen and 13 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 441 posts of PGT Commerce, 274 posts are reserved for general category, 88 for Scheduled Castes, 44 for Backward Classes, 22 for ex-servicemen and 13 for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Com with Accounting or Cost accounting or Financial accounting as a major subject of study and B.Ed from recognized university. Holders of degree of M.com in Applied or Business Economics shall not be eligible.
            Out of 275 posts of PGT History, 171 posts are reserved for general category, 55 for Scheduled Castes, 27 for Backward Classes, 14 for ex-servicemen and eight for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A History and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 107 posts of PGT Physical Education, 68 posts are reserved for general category, 21 for Scheduled Castes, ten for Backward Classes, five for ex-servicemen and three for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Physical Education and B.Ed from recognized university. Similarly, for district Mewat, out of 76 posts of PGT Mathematics, 47 posts are reserved for general category, 15 for Scheduled Castes, eight for Backward Classes, four for ex-servicemen and two for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A. Mathematics or M.Sc Mathematics or Applied Mathematics with Mathematics as one of the subject at graduation level and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 29 posts of PGT Chemistry, 18 posts are reserved for general category, six for Scheduled Castes, three for Backward Classes, one post each for ex-servicemen and differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 27 posts of PGT Physics, 17 posts are reserved for general category, five for Scheduled castes, three for Backward Classes, one each for ex-servicemen and differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Physics or Applied Physics or Nuclear Physics or Electronics Physics and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 23 posts of PGT Biology, 15 posts are reserved for general category, four for Scheduled Castes, three for Backward Classes and one for ex-servicemen.             He said that out of seven posts of PGT Psychology, six posts are reserved for general category and one for people belonging to Scheduled Castes. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Psychology and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of eight posts of PGT Sociology, six posts are reserved for general category and two for members belonging to Scheduled Castes. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Sociology and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of five posts of PGT Home Science, four posts are reserved for general category and one for people belonging to Scheduled Castes. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc Home Science and B.Ed from recognized university.Similarly, there is only one post of PGT Punjabi which is for general category. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Punjabi and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 34 posts of PGT Sanskrit, 21 posts are reserved for general category, seven for Scheduled Castes, four for Backward Classes, one each for ex-servicemen and differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Sanskrit and B.Ed from recognized university.Out of 21 posts of PGT Urdu, 14 posts are reserved for general category, four for Scheduled Castes, two for Backward Classes and one for ex-servicemen. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Urdu and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 72 posts of PGT English, 45 posts are reserved for general category, 14 for Scheduled Castes, seven for Backward Classes, four for ex-servicemen and two for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A English and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 82 posts of PGT Hindi, 51 posts are reserved for general category, 16 for Scheduled Castes, eight for Backward Classes, four for ex-servicemen and three for differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Hindi and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that out of 27 posts of PGT Political Science, 17 posts are reserved for general category, five for Scheduled Castes, three for Backward Cclasses, one each for ex-servicemen and differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Political Science and B.Ed from recognized university.
            Out of 15 posts of PGT Economics, ten posts are reserved for general category, three for Scheduled Castes, one each for Backward Classes and ex-servicemen. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics and B.Ed from recognized university.
            There  are only three posts of PGT Commerce which is for general category. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Com with Accounting or Cost accounting or Financial accounting as a major subject of study and B.Ed from recognized university.             Out of 27 posts of PGT History, 17 posts are reserved for general category, five for members belonging to Scheduled Castes, three for Backward Classes, one each for ex-servicemen and differently abled persons. The candidate should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.A History and B.Ed from recognized university.
            He said that for these posts of secondary education, only those applicants would be eligible who had passed Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit or 10+2 or B.A or M.A with one subject of Hindi. They should have also cleared Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) or School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) in their concerned subject, conducted by Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani. A onetime exemption of HTET or STET would be granted to the candidates who have worked for minimum four years till April 11, 2012 in privately managed government aided schools, recognized schools and government schools. He said that the candidate must be in service on April 11, 2012 in addition to being in position on the date of applying for the said post. The candidates have to qualify HTET not later than April 1, 2015 otherwise their services will be terminated automatically.
            He said that one time exemption certificate for HTET or STET and one time upper age relaxation certificate from head of the institute is required to be verified by the District Education Officer and counter-signed by Director of Secondary Education of the concerned State. He said that one time implies that an applicant could apply only once for a particular category of post in the first advertisement and no such exemption would be granted in the subsequent advertisement. People who has passed HTET or STET without the qualification of B.Ed before the date of notification of service rules concerned that is April 11, 2012 would be considered eligible for the post of PGT. Only those candidates would be eligible who have qualified certificates of HTET or STET conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani. A member of Service appointed by the direct recruitment would be liable to serve for a continuous period of five years in the rural area from the date of appointment.
            He said that the applicant should have good academic record. He must have secured at least 50 per cent marks in two lower exams and 45 per cent marks in third lower exam. If there are only two lower exams than one must secure at least 50 per cent marks in one exam and 45 per cent in another.
            He said that 33 per cent posts are reserved for women of Haryana (Horizontal Reservation). Reservation for members belonging to  Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and differently abled persons is only for Haryana State. The degrees or diplomas or certificates from institution or University not recognized by Department of Education would not be eligible. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and differently abled persons would get five per cent relaxation in qualifying marks.
            He said that the prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. In the event of number of applications being large scale, the HSTSB may shortlist the candidates for interview by holding a written examination or on the basis of academic criteria or cut off percentage to be adopted by the board. The decision of the board in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility or suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection would be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
