Haryana starts super luxury Volvo bus service

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 22
Haryana Roadways has started super luxury Volvo bus service from Gurgaon to Katra, Panchkula, Dehradun and Agra for which tickets could also be booked online.
          While stating this today, an official spokesman said that these buses are running under trial mode and if they get good response, their number might be increased. He said that any person could book tickets from department’s website www.hartrans.gov.in , in addition to booking tickets at bus stand.
          He said that the timing of Volvo bus service from Gurgaon bus stand to Katra is 5:30 p.m., for Panchkula is 4:20 a.m., for Dehradun is 7:20 a.m. and for Agra is 7:15 a.m. He said that the bus from Gurgaon to Katra would reach Katra after passing through Panipat, Ambala and Jalandhar. Similarly, the bus for Panchkula would reach Panchkula without entering Chandigarh passing through Panipat-Zirakpur. The bus from Gurgaon to Dehradun would reach Dehradun passing through Rurki and Haridwar and Gurgaon to Agra would reach Agra after passing through Sohna-Palwal.
