14 Additional District and Session judges transferred

 The transfer and posting orders of 14 Additional District and Session Judges have been issued today.

         Mr. A.S. Narang, Additional District and Session Judge (ADSJ), Bhiwani has been posted as ADSJ Jhajjar as an additional officer. Mr. Najar Singh, ADSJ, Presiding Officer, Special Judge CBI Court, Panchkula will interchange his place of posting with Mr. Rakesh Kumar Yadav, ADSJ, Chandigarh. Mr. Gurvinder Singh Wadhwa, ADSJ, Nuh has been posted to Bhiwani as ADSJ.

            Ms. Shashi Chauhan Civil Judge (SD), Panipat has been posted to Rewari as ADSJ as an Additional Officer, Mr. Basruddin Civil Judge (SD), Jind has been posted as ADSJ  Hisar in place of Ms. Ritu Tagore, Ms. Rajni Yadav, Civil Judge (SD) and Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) as whole time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Faridabad with additional charge as Secretary, DLSA, Palwal to ADSJ Palwal as an Additional Officer, Mr. Rajender Singh Dhanda, Civil Judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time Secretary, DLSA, Kurukshetra with additional charge as Secretary, DLSA, Ambala and Kaithal has been posted to Kurukshetra as ADSJ an Additional Officer, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mehta, Civil Judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time Secretary, DLSA, Panipat with additional charge of Secretary, DLSA, Karnal and Sonepat has been posted to Sirsa as ADSJ as an additional Officer.

Similarly, Mr. Jaibir Singh, Civil Judge(SD) and CJM, as whole time Secretary, DLSA, Panchkula with additional charge of Secretary, DLSA, Yamuna Nagar has been posted as ADSJ Kaithal as an additional officer, Mr. Harish Gupta, Civil Judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time Secretary, DLSA, Sirsa with additional charge as Secretary, DLSA, Fatehabad has been posted to Kaithal as ADSJ as an Additional Officer, Ms. Narinder Kaur, Civil Judge(SD) and CJM, as whole time Secretary, DLSA, Gurgaon with additional charge of Secretary, DLSA, Mewat at Nuh has been posted to Karnal as ADSJ in place of Mr. Daya Nand Bhardwaj, Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma, Civil Judge(SD) and CJM, as whole time Secretary, DLSA, Bhiwani with additional charge of Secretary, DLSA, Jind has been posted to Panchkula as ADSJ in place of Mr. Sanjay Sandhir and Mr. Mahavir Singh as Civil Judge(SD), Faridabad has been posted to Fatehabad as ADSJ in place of Mr. L.N. Jindal.
