CHANDIGARH, SEPT 17
The Haryana State
Legal Services Authority (HSLSA) will organize National Lok Adalat in the State
at all levels on November
23, 2013 to expeditiously dispose of all type of cases.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of HSLSA said that the cases which
would be especially taken up in National Lok Adalat included criminal
compoundable cases, NI Act under section 138, MACT including AIR cases and
transport cases, matrimonial, labour disputes, land acquisition, rent, bank
recovery, easementary rights, revenue, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment
Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), electricity and water bills, forest act, disaster
compensation etc. Similarly, all those other cases which found suitable for
disposal in Lok Adalat would also be taken up, he added.
