Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak today launched its call centre to disseminate information to the students and redress their grievances. The centre which is set up at DDI Bhawan was inaugurated by the Controller of Examinations, Dr B S Sindhu. The centre will also guide the students regarding examinations related problems.
While giving this information, Controller of Examinations, Dr B S Sindhu said that on the directions of Vice Chancellor of the University, Mr Sudhir Rajpal, this student-centric facility has been initiated. Through this facility, students could contact the related examination branch or other branch for information. He said that through this centre special emphasis would be laid on problem solving.
For this call centre, Ramesh Kumar Rohilla, Assistant has been given responsibility of Nodal Officer who would make efforts to get all the problems related to examinations registered by students and redressed in a time-bound manner. Mr Sindhu would be continuously monitoring the process.
He said that phone numbers of call centre are 01262-308336, 308340, 308343, 308345 and 308359. This call centre will work from Monday to Saturday in office hours from 9 am to 5 pm.
