Samples of Maggi noodles collected in Haryana

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 3
On the directions of Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij, Haryana Food and Drug Administration Department today collected samples of Maggi noodles in the state for testing them in the laboratory. 
While giving information on this, a spokesman of the Department said that Haryana Health Minister Mr Anil Vij had asked for strict and quick action in this matter, based on which raid campaign was conducted in all districts of the state. Under which, Faridabad, Palwal, Rohtak, Kurukshetra and other districts have been raided and samples of Maggi collected. These samples have been brought to a laboratory in Chandigarh for testing so that the presence of alleged harmful substance in Maggi could be detected.
On this, Health Minister said that our state government is concerned about the health of the people of the state and would not let anyone harm them physical or financial. He said that directions have been issued to get the sample of Maggi noodles tested in laboratory and appropriate action would be taken if presence of any harmful substance was found in Maggi products.
