Implementation of revised pay scales for HUDA employees okayed

CHANDIGARH, DEC 8
Haryana Chief Minster Manohar Lal, who is also the Chairman of Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), has given approval to implement the revised pay scales for HUDA employees on the pattern of the State Government with effect from January 1, 2016.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of HUDA said that the authority follows the government pay scales. The government had already implemented the recommendations of central 7th pay commission for its employees hence; the authority has also decided to implement the same so as to give benefit of revised pay scales to its employees in the state.
          He said that arrear of the revised pay would be paid in cash, preferably during the current financial year. The interim relief of Rs2000 per month paid to the group C and D employees would be discontinued and the same paid from January 1, 2016 onwards would be recovered.
          He said that cases of Assured Career Progression (ACP) would be decided at headquarter as the Chief Administrator HUDA is competent authority for the same. Wherever ACP scales in the old scales have already been granted by competent authority, in such case, their pay may be fixed at respective offices level in accordance with the provision in the ACP Rules.
AWARD FOR HFD: Haryana Finance Department has won the ‘CSI – Nihilent e-Governance Awards–2016’ for implementing e-GRAS portal integrated with e-Stamping initiative in the state.
        While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that Information Technology Department has also bagged award for its project “e-district Haryana”. These awards of excellence would be presented during the CSI Nihilent e-Governance Awards ceremony to be held in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on December 9, 2016 as part of the 51st Annual convention of Computer Society of India.
