Commemorative Structures and Tableau

Chandigarh, July 12 
 As a part of 50 years celebrations of the state, Haryana Government has decided to set up Commemorative Structures and Tableau (Monument) at a cost of over Rs 5.24 crore on National Highway-1 at Ambala City.
          While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that Commemorative structures and Tableau would be installed on Delhi-Chandigarh highway near Kingfisher Tourist Resort within a maximum period of two and half months. The online bids have also been invited from eligible bidders which could be submitted at website https://haryanaeprocurement.gov.in
PLASTIC PARK: Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) is developing a Plastic Park at Industrial Estate, Panipat over an area of about 102 acres, under the scheme for setting up of Plastic Parks of the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Union Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of HSIIDC said that Panipat Plastic Park Haryana Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle of HSIIDC, has invited online application for allotment of industrial plots in Plastic Park, Panipat. 
         He said that 28 plots would be offered for allotment at the tentative allotment rate of Rs 9,000 per square meter. 
          He said that plastic park would have provision for manufacturing units for plastic products such as woven sacks, plastic pipes, injection moulded components, films, pouches, packaging products and other consumer plastic products. RAINFAL:  Many parts of Haryana has received moderate to heavy rainfall during current monsoon season on July 11, 2017.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of Meteorology Department said that highest rainfall of 25.8 mm had been recorded in district Yamunanagar on July 11 followed by Panipat which had received 18.5 mm rainfall. 
          He said that 18.4 mm rainfall had been recorded in district Ambala, 17.3 mm in district Mewat, 13.6 mm in Jhajjar, 13.3 mm in Faridabad, 11.8 mm in Rewari, 6.5 mm in Rohtak, 6.2 mm in Panchkula, 5.8 mm in Palwal, 4.2 mm in Bhiwani, 5 mm in Gurugram, 3 mm in Kurukshetra and 2.3 mm in Karnal.
