Admission forms sent to principals

 Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani has sent blank forms alongwith directions to Principals of all Government and  recognized Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools for enrollment into classes X and XII during 2013-14.

          While stating this today, a spokesman of the Board said that these forms could be obtained up to July 12 without any late fee and up to July 19 with late fee of Rs 50 and up to August 5 with late fee of Rs 500.

          He said that the application forms   would have to be submitted with late fee at a rate of Rs 1000 per student 30 days before the commencement of first semester examination and with late fee at a rate of Rs 2000 per student 15 days before the commencement of first semester examination alongwith getting the original record checked with permission of Chairman of the Board and appropriate reason of sending return late. The return would only be accepted if the original record is found to be correct. No return would be accepted after the given dates, he added.  

          He said that   if any school did not receive blank proforma for enrollment due to any reason then they could get the same from the office of the Board and deposit the enrollment return on the prescribed dates without any late fee. Office of the Board would not be responsible for any delay, he added.

          He said that the Board has a plan to obtain the enrollment return online for class IX, XI and pre-engineering classes.
