Applications invited for post of chairperson of Haryana Human Rights Commission

CHANDIGARH, OCT 30
The Haryana Government has invited applications for the post of Chairperson and two Members of Haryana Human Rights Commission under the Protection Act, 1993. 
           While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Home Department said that a Chairperson of the Haryana Human Rights Commission (HHRC) would be a retired Chief Justice of a High Court. 
           He said that the term of the Chairperson would be five years or upto the age of 70 years whichever is earlier. The salary and allowances would be equal to Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, he added. 
          The spokesman said that a Member of the HHRC would be a retired Judge of High Court or District Judge in the State with a minimum of seven years experience as District Judge and other member having knowledge, or practical experience in matter relating to human right. The term of the member would be five years or upto the age of 70 years whichever is earlier and salary and allowances would be equal to a Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court. 
          He said that those willing could send their applications to the Additional Chief Secretary, Home alongwith full bio-data within a month. The notice is also available on www.homeharyana.gov.in

MAHABIR MITTAL NOMINATED: Haryana Government has nominated Mr Mahabir Mittal, resident of Safidon Gate, Jind as non-official member of the District Public Relations and Grievances Committee, Jind with immediate effect. 
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of Grievances Department said that a notification has been issued in this regard.  
JAI KISHAN GETS ADDITIONAL CHARGE- Haryana government has given Jai Kishan Abhir, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Fatehabad, additional charge of Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, DRDA, Sirsa, during the leave period of Munish Nagpal, with immediate effect.
NARESH AND RAMESH PROMOTED: The Haryana Government has promoted Deputy Superintendents, Naresh Kumar and Ramesh Kumar Dhingra of Information, Public Relations and Languages Department as Superintendent, with immediate effect.
            Ravinder Kumar, Assistant Photo and Cinema Officer and Suresh Kumar, Sound Recordist of Information, Public Relations and Languages Department have been promoted to the post of Photo and Cinema Officer and Technical Officer, respectively, subject to the revival of the post from the Finance Department.
