DEOs, DEEOs directed to post employees' data on HRMS portal

CHANDIGARH, OCT 4
Haryana School Education Department today issued instructions to District Education Officers (DEO’s) and District Elementary Education Officers (DEEO’s) regarding completion of employee’s data on Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal. 
            While giving this information, a spokesman of the Department said that all DEO’s or DEEO’s would share the details of their Technical Nodal Officers appointed by them with concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers  (DDO’s)and Directorate immediately.
            He said that one more training-cum-interaction session would be organized through EDUSAT on October 6, 2017 and all DEOs or DEEOs would ensure the presence of all concerned at the nearest locations where EDUSAT site is working. The absentees would be responsible to complete the data of regular employees working under their control in date bound manner. The responsibility for non-releasing of salary of any employee would be of the concerned DDOs, he added.
          He said that all concerned have also been instructed to release the salary of each employee immediately as and when the data of such employee is completed on HRMS portal.
 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH WEEK:  World Mental Health Week will be observed in Haryana from October 4 to 10
         While giving this information today, an official spokesman said that a function was organized to inaugurate the Week at Civil Hospital, Gurugram. Principal Medical Officer, Civil Hospital, Gurgram, Dr Pradeep Sharma talked about the importance of Mental Health.
             Speaking on the occasion, Psychiatrist, Dr Brahm Deep elaborated on symptoms and social stigma related to mental disease Schizophrenia and told about the ways to recover from it.  He said that only media could create awareness about these illnesses and methods of treatment. He said, “Maana ke andhera ghana hai, Par diya jalana kahan mana hai”. Next talk on mental health will be on October 6 and its subject will be on Depression, he added. 
          Dr Devinder spoke about social problems related to Psychosis. All the treated patients from Community Integration Centre (CIC) presented a Nukkad Natak on ‘Mental Illness and Stigma -Myths about Schizophrenia’.
          The program ended with message that ‘creating awareness about Mental Illness is like removing darkness from society.

 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: Manish Kumar Phogat, City Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri has been given additional charge of Sub Divisional Officer (SDO)(Civil), Badhra  against vacant post, with immediate effect.
14.94 CRORE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has accorded administrative approval amounting to over Rs 14.94 crore for the construction and improvement of roads in the State.
           While stating this here today, a spokesman of Public Works (Building and Roads) Department said that a sum of over Rs 2.62 crore has been approved for the construction of road from Jafrabad Sundh Chahlka to Kaliaka in  Nuh district and over Rs 5.16 crore for the construction of road from village Indri to Ghasera in the district.
           He said that similarly, a sum of over Rs 2.07 crore has been approved for the construction of a road from village Golwa to Bara ki Dhani in district Mahendergarh and Rs 5.09 crore for improvement by providing four-lanning on Faridabad Tigaon road in Km 1.20 to 3.00 in district Faridabad.
