CM to inaugurate All India Police Housing Conference

CHANDIGARH, SEPT 12
 Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal will inaugurate two-day 6th All India Police Housing Conference’ being organized by Haryana Police Housing Corporation (HPHC) in association with Bureau of Police Research and Development in Panchkula on September 13, 2018.
          While stating this here today, Managing Director, HPHC, Mr A.K. Dhul said that all heads of State Police Housing Corporations, technical heads and other experts from across the country would participate in the conference. Additional Chief Secretary, Home Mr S.S. Prasad, Chairman HPHC, Mr Parminder Rai and Director General of Police, Mr B.S. Sandhu would also grace the occasion.
          He said that Chief Secretary, Mr D.S. Dhesi would be chief guest at the valedictory session of the conference onSeptember 14, 2018.
          Giving details about the conference, Mr Dhul said that all the delegates would deliberate upon technical sessions of ‘Maintenance and Repair of Police Infrastructure’ and ‘Uniformity in Construction Norms and Infrastructure’ on the first day of Conference. Similarly, they would exchange views, share experiences and develop mutual understanding on the topic of ‘Architecture Planning’ and ‘PreFab Construction and new techniques’ on second day. In addition, an open session to finalize the Conference recommendation will also be organized.
      Mr Dhul said that the motive of the conference is to bring all Heads of State Police Housing Corporations and technical experts on a single platform where ideas and plans relating to modern low cost high quality infrastructure for creating a better living and working conditions to the members of police forces can be exchanged.
TVSN PRASAD: The Principal Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, Haryana, Mr T.V.S.N. Prasad will be the new member of Search Committee, in place of Mr P.Raghavendera Rao, transferred to Government of India.
   Giving this information, an official spokesman said that the Search Committee and the Statutory Committee constituted by the State Government would search and recommend the names of suitable candidates for the posts of State Information Commissioners, on account of vacancies after retirement of State Information Commissioners. 
RAJVIR BHARDWAJ APPOINTED:  The Haryana Government has appointed  Dr. Rajvir Bhardwaj,  Additional Director Economic and Statistical Analysis Department as the First Appellate Authority for the department and Mr Manoj Kumar Goel, Joint Director,  Economic and Statistical Analysis Department as State Public Information Officer–cum–Nodal officer for the department with immediate effect.
