Haryana to fill up 1708 posts of IO-cum-Library Manager

Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad has invited applications for the test to be conducted to fill  up 1708 posts of Information-cum-Office-cum-Library Manager on year to year contract basis.
          While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that as per the essential qualifications, the applicant should have at least 50 per cent marks in M.Sc. Computer Science or Computer Application or BE or B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology or BE or B.Tech in any stream with Post-graduate Diploma in Computer or MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer from recognized university.
          The  applicant should also have complete knowledge of multimedia and web technology, Computer Science and Informatics Technology and should have done matric with Hindi or Sanskrit or 10 plus two or B.A. or M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
          He said that the desired qualification for the applicants included graduate or post-graduate in Library Science from a recognized university, B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized university and STET or HTET Qualified (Related to 9th to 12th).
          He said that the selected candidates would have to undergo three months training after their selection. During this training selected candidates would be imparted training regarding all the three responsibilities of the job namely Information Management, Office Management and Library Management which all the candidates would have to complete. The training would be evaluated through subjective or objective examination after the training is completed, he added.
          He said that reservation for various categories would be as per the State policy and instructions. The eligible applicants may submit online applications till March 2 upto 5  p.m. in the prescribed online format available at the websitehttp://recruitment.cdacmohali.in. The applicants could also log on to the same website for any other information, he added.
