19 IAS officers given additional charges in Haryana

The Haryana Government has given additional charge to 19 IAS officers and also issued transfer and posting orders of one IAS officer with immediate effect.
          P. K. Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Labour and Employment Department has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Environment Department till Mr Avtar Singh returns from election duty and joins this assignment.
          Rajan Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department has been has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Printing and Stationery Department during the period of election duty of Mr R. R. Fuliya.
          Mrs Navraj Sandhu, Principal Secretary, Health Department has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department till Mr S. N. Roy returns from election duty and joins this assignment.
          S. S. Dhillon, Principal Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Departments has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Housing Department during the period of election duty of Mr M. Kithan.
          Mr S. S. Prasad, Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Science and Technology Department during the period of election duty of Mr P. K. Das.
          Mr Ram Niwas, Principal Secretary, Development and Panchayats Department, Secretary, BAC and Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies during the leave period of Mr P. Raghavendra Rao.
          Mr Dhanpat Singh, Principal Secretary, Technical Education Department has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Industrial Training Department during the period of election duty of Mr R. P. Chander.
          Mr Vineet Garg, Special Secretary, Personnel, Training, Vigilance and Parliamentary Affairs Departments, Director General, Training (ex-officio) and Science and Technology and Inquiry Officer, Vigilance Department has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board till Mrs Shashi Bala Gulati returns from election duty.
          Mr Arun Kumar Gupta, Director General and Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department has been given the additional charge of Director General and Special Secretary, Archives Department and Director General and Special Secretary, Archaeology and Museums Departments against a vacant post.
          Mr Ashok Kumar Yadav, Managing Director, HAFED has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation during the period of election duty of Mr Vijayendra Kumar.
          Mr S. K. Goyal, Special Secretary, Irrigation Department and Administrator, Command Area Development Authority has been given the additional charge of Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department during the period of election duty of Mr H. S. Malik. Mr Goyal will also look after the work Special Secretary, Cooperation Department and Managing Director, Haryana State Minor Irrigation Tubewell Corporation against vacant posts.
          Mr Chander Parkash, Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon, Special Commissioner, Health and Nutrition, Mewat Area, Gurgaon, Chairman, Mewat Development Agency and assisting Dr N. C. Saxena, who has been appointed Commissioner by Supreme Court in PUCL Vs UOI and Others (W/P) (C) 196 of 2001 has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Rohtak Division and Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Rohtak during the period of election duty of Mrs Suprabha Dahiya.
          Mr C. R. Rana, Registrar, Cooperative Societies and Managing Director, Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd. (Sugarfed) has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation against a vacant post.
          Mr Rajbir Singh, Special Secretary, General Administration Department and Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment and Monitoring and Coordination Departments has been given the additional charge of Director General and Special Secretary, Food and Supplies and Managing Director, CONFED till Mr Mahavir Singh returns from election duty and joins this assignment.
          Mr Ramesh Krishan, Joint Secretary, Home-I Department has been given the additional charge of Joint Secretary, Public Works (Building and Roads) Department against a vacant post.
          Mr Brijendra Singh, Managing Director, Haryana Warehousing Corporation has been given the additional charge of Director, Technical Education against a vacant post.
          Mr Rajeev Ranjan, Joint Secretary, Finance Department and Director and Special Secretary, Environment Department has been given the additional charge of Secretary, State Human Rights Commission during the period of election duty of Mr Subhash Chandra.
          Mr Vidya Dhar, Joint Secretary, Technical Education Department has been given the additional charge of Joint Secretary, Industrial Training Department during the period of election duty of Mr Vijay Singh.
          Mr T. L. Satyaprakash, Director and Joint Secretary, Industries and Commerce and Mines and Geology Departments, Managing Director, Haryana State Small Industries and Export Corporation, Managing Director, Haryana State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Tanneries Ltd., Jind has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board during the period of election duty of Mr Pradeep Kasni.
          Mr A. Sreenivas, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Director and Joint Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance Development Corporation Ltd. and Managing Director, Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam and Director and Joint Secretary, Employment Department against vacant posts.
