Redressal of grievances received at CM Window.

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 17
The Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has directed to call for explanation and take disciplinary action against those officers and officials who do not  take seriously the redressal of grievances received at CM Window.
This was informed by Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Dr. Rakesh Gupta and OSD, Mr. Bhupeshwar Dayal in a monthly review meeting of functioning of Online Complaint Redressal System ‘CM Window’, here today. It was decided to hold the next review meeting on July 29, 2016.
It was informed that sofar   1,65,938 complaints, demands and suggestions have   been received at CM Window of which 1,36,585 have been disposed off. Apart from this, 8,367 complaints have been sent to departments concerned for consideration.
In the meeting, directions were issued to initiate disciplinary action against Section-in-charge posted in office of Vice Chancellor of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra for delay in issuing marks sheet. Similarly, the Secretary, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), who was present in the meeting, was directed to immediately bring the matter in notice of Chief Administrator regarding continuous complaints being received about encroachment on land of Haryana Urban Development Authority in Sector 15, Gurgaon and immediately submit his report on CM Window.
Dr. Gupta said that after redressal of grievances, the officers should upload certificates duly signed by Administrative Secretary of the department concerned at CM Window. So far, Finance, Town and Country Planning, Public Works (Building and Roads), Sports and Youth Affairs and General Administration Departments have been uploading certificates regularly. He said that the reply of complaints should also be uploaded on website instead of sending these through post or delivering by hand.
Dr. Gupta informed the officers in the meeting that the Chief Minister has himself been monitoring CM Window and action would be initiated if anyone is found neglecting his duties. The Chief Minister has expressed dissatisfaction on the progress report of redressal of complaints by Higher Education, Elementary Education and Town and Country Planning and other departments. The performance of Haryana Urban Development Authority and Power Department in this regard was appreciated.
