Chandigarh, June 25– The Haryana Education Department has asked those teachers who have shorter than five years’ stay, but want to get transferred, to give their option.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Department said that Haryana Secondary Education Department has directed all District Education Officers (DEOs) and District Elementary Education Officers (DEEOs) to bring it to the notice of teachers who have not completed period of five years in a zone or school and are interested to get transferred, to log in at MIS Portal 'hryedumis.gov.in' with their ID and click on ‘Yes’ option. This option will remain active on MIS Portal up to June 28, 2016.
He said that it is mandatory that the service profile of teacher should be complete in all respects for giving ‘Yes’ option. Only those teachers who have not completed the period of five years and give ‘Yes’ option, would be considered for transfer. Thereafter, a separate schedule would be issued for selecting district, zone and school. In this schedule, the teachers who have completed five years in an area or school, newly promoted teachers and teachers who have opted ‘Yes’ for transfer and surplus teachers, due to redistribution of posts, would select option of zones and schools according to their preferences.
He said that the DEOs and DEEOs have also been directed to ensure that all heads should accept or reject the changes made in their profiles by employees working under them. They have also been directed to ensure that profile correction request or ‘sent profile for approval’ of any subordinate employee may not remain unattended. In case of non-compliance of these orders, disciplinary action would be taken against the head concerned, he added.
