Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited applications for allotment of sites for setting up of Super Specialty or Multi Specialty Hospitals at Technology Park, Panchkula, Industrial Model Township (IMT) Faridabad and IMT Rohtak.
Stating this here today, the spokesman of the Corporation said that the Corporation has invited applications for six tentative sites, two sites at each of these estates, with their size ranging from one acre up to 4.6 acres. He said that Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 150 per cent; four level basement; ancillary building or structures like residence for doctors, staff, watch and ward etc. (not more than 10 per cent of permissible FAR) could be built of which 2 per cent could be utilized for facilities like chemist shops, cafeteria, ATM, florist shop and other relative facilities.
The spokesman said that HSIIDC had developed Industrial Estates all over Haryana, with state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, which have emerged as flagship destinations for Industrial entrepreneurs. In order to augment the facilities of these Estates, Industrial Model Townships (IMTs), HSIIDC has proposed to allot the sites for setting up of Super or Multi Specialty Hospitals, he added.
He further added that any individual, society, trust, institution and company with at least five years profitable, professional track record in the provisions of healthcare services is eligible to apply. Those who are interested could download application form from website of the Corporation www.hsiidc.org and submit it latest by August 19, 2014.
