HAU signs MoU with DKS Incorporates

CHANDIGARH, APRIL 25

 Ch. Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar has signed four agreements with DKS Incorporates, a private company.

          While stating this today, a spokesman of the University said that the university has provided non exclusive license to the company to use Food Products Technology. He said that Research Director, Dr. S. S. Siwach signed the agreements on behalf CCSHAU, whereas Mr. Anurag Sharma signed on behalf of the company.

          He said that under these agreements, DKS Incorporates would produce millet biscuits, millet cakes, snacks and millet flour and Brahmi biscuits which could be preserved for a longer duration through  Food and Nutrition Department and Food Science and Technology Center of the University. Also, the company would be able to utilize some space in Bakery Laboratory and Business Planning and Development Unit of Food and Nutrition Department of the University.
