HSIIDC invites online applications from rural-unemployed youth

CHANDIGARH, OCT 22
Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited online applications from rural-unemployed youth and prospective entrepreneurs for allotment of industrial plots and sheds in Udhyog Kunjs located in districts of Gurugram, Jind, Bhiwani, Hisar and Sirsa. The last date for submission of applications complete in all respects and remitting application money is November 24, 2016.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the HSIIDC said that there are ten plots and one shed available for allotment in Alipur, district Gurugram and 18 plots and seven sheds in Shadipur Julana, district Jind.
Similarly, there are eight plots and ten sheds in Mundhal Khurd, district Bhiwani, 83 plots and two sheds in Chikenwas, district Hisar and 29 plots and ten sheds in Bhaudin, district Sirsa.
He said that the allotment of plots and sheds would be made in order of priority to the unemployed or self-employed youth of the village that has made the land available for the purpose, for expansion of the existing tiny units by the existing allottees or for development of a skill development centre or facility by any person or entity, which would enhance the skills and employability of the rural youth of the area. In case sufficient number of applications are not available from the concerned village, the allotment would be made to applicants from within the Development Block where such Udhyog Kunjs are situated.
The spokesman said that in case the response against advertisement is not satisfactory, the Committee would consider allotment of plots and sheds to any other rural unemployed or self-employed youths. If applications received for allotments are more than the advertised plots and sheds, the Committee would adopt e-auction for allotment. The applicants are required to submit a village sarpanch’s certificate alongwith their applications. Sarpanch’s certificate would clearly indicate the name of the village, block and district where the applicant is residing. He said that warehousing activities are permitted in plots and sheds. The decision of Allotment Committee for allotment of plots and sheds would be final and no appeal would lie against it. The plots and sheds would be allotted on “as is where is basis”, he added.
He said that the applicants would have to register at e-governance portal of HSIIDC, fill online application form, upload requisite documents and remit prescribed application money as per prescribed procedure and submit the application. Complete details of offered plots and sheds with tentative size are available on website www.hsiidc.org.in and webpage: www.hsiidcesewa.org.in. In case any applicant desires any particular plot or shed, he may indicate the same in his application, he added.
