1.84 crore released for treatment of 219 children









CHANDIGARH, APRIL 30
 Haryana Health Minister  Anil Vij, said that Rs 1.84 crore have been released for treatment of 219 children   suffering from heart diseases in the State. 
        While stating this here today, the Health Minister said that under the National Child Health Programme, 211 teams of   Health Department have been constituted to examine children studying in government schools and registered at Anganwadi Centres across the State, for heart diseases. Such children are referred to Early Intervention Centres established in each district for examination and treatment.
        Mr. Vij said that following this, those children who are diagnosed as suffering from heart diseases and are in a serious condition, are sent to government hospitals or big hospitals recognised by the government.
He said that such children are provided financial assistance of up to Rs 1.50 lakh each. They are provided treatment at PGIMS, Rohtak, PGIM ER, Chandigarh, AIIMS and other prominent hospitals. This facility is available only for children studying in government schools, he added,












SENIOR SCALETO 23 OFFICERS:The Haryana Government has decided to grant Senior Scale of HCS (Ex.Br.) to 23 officers with effect from January 1, 2016.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, has approved the proposal.
        He said that these officers included Manisha Sharma, Kamal Preet Kaur, Amit Kumar, Pardeep Kumar-II, Sushil Kumar-II, Anu, Nishu Nee Namrata Singal, Virat, Vivek Chaudhary, Dalbir Singh, Ashwani Malik and Narender Pal Malik. The other such officers are  Shalini Chetal, Reagan Kumar, Pooja Chanwaria, Amarjit Singh, Tirlok Chand, Vivek Kalia, Tarun Kumar Pawaria, Satish Yadav, Satish Kumar, Manoj Khatri and Gaurav Kumar.
APPLICATIONS INVITED: Chandigarh, April 30 – Haryana Government has invited applications from the Post-graduate teachers working in government high and senior secondary schools, who are willing to work on deputation in 36 Aarohi Model Schools situated in Educationally Backward Blocks of 10 districts.
While stating this here today, Director, Secondary Education, Mr. Mohan Lal Kaushik, said that the candidates may apply for the vacant posts by filling up option of five choices. He said that the application should reach Aarohi Cell, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula through Principal or Head of the Institution and District Education Officer concerned within 15 days by speed post.
