The Haryana Government has, in consultation and with the concurrence of Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, constituted Commercial Court for each district in the State.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Administration of Justice Department said that it has also appointed the First Additional District Judge in each district as the Judge of the said Commercial Court to try the cases specified under the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 within their respective area of jurisdiction.
He said that a notification to this effect has been issued by the Department.
KV IN BUDAIN: A Kendriya Vidyalaya would be set up at village Budain in district Jind.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that a proposal to this effect has been approved by Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal.
He said that the Kendriya Vidyalaya would be set up over an area of nine acre four kanal and 11 marla common land in Gram Panchayat Budain, which has offered the land on lease at the rate of Re one per acre per year for 99 years for this purpose.
RS 5 LAKH APPROVED: Haryana Government has approved Rs five lakh for construction of out of norm V.R. Bridge at RD 18740 of Rohtak Makrauli Link Channel.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that a proposal to this effect has been approved by Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal.
