Issuing fitness certificates for Amarnath Yatra

CHANDIGARH, APRIL 7
 In view of the pilgrimage to Shri Amarnath ji Shrine in Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana Health Department has constituted committees at district level and at the level of sub-district hospitals for issuance of compulsory health fitness certificates to pilgrims.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of Health Department said that district level committee would be headed by Principal Medical Officer or Medical Superintendent and have Physician and Orthopaedician as its members.
          He said that Senior Medical Officer or Medical Officer would be Member Incharge of committee constituted at the level of sub-district hospital. Physician and Orthopaedician would serve as members of this committee. He said that in case Physician or Orthopaedician   are not available in sub-division hospitals,they can be deputed from other areas.
           He said that Civil Surgeons have been directed to ensure that the doctors write their Medical Council of India registration number and name while issuing the compulsory health fitness certificate. Private hospitals have not been authorized to issue medical certificate, he added.
EIGHT-MEMBER PANEL: Haryana Directorate of Secondary Education has constituted an 8-member committee under the chairmanship of Additional Director, Admn-I, Mr. A.S. Mann, for preparation of the seniority list of lecturers and disposal of pending claims or objections.
        While stating this here today, a spokesman of Education Department said that the committee has been constituted to check the documents of representations received in the Directorate for rectification of the seniority list of school lecturers as per orders issued on November 7, 2014.
        The committee would include ADO, Utkarsh Society, Panchkula, Mr. R.K. Garg, Law Officer, Mr. Avinash Sharma and Mr. Anil Kumar Dalal from Government Senior Secondary School, Tikkar Hills, district Panchkula, as Members. Deputy Director, PGT Branch, Mrs. Sunita Devi, Superintendent, PGT-II Branch, Mr. Sidharth Gill, and Assistant, PGT-II Branch, Mr. Gautam Kumar, would assist the committee.
ROZI IS HSSWB CHAIRPERSON: Haryana Government has appointed Mrs. Rozi Malik Anand as Chairperson of Haryana State Social Welfare Board.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Women and Child Development Department said that the nominees of Central Social Welfare Board have been appointed as members of the Haryana State Social Welfare Board.
          They are Charu Chaudhary of village and Post Office Kurian and Mr.Mukesh Sharma of village and Post Office Phaphrana in district Karnal, Chaudhary Rajesh Tewatla of Ram Nagar in Palwal, Ms. Rajni Goyal of Kamla Nagar in Yamuna Nagar, Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma of village and post office Bachot in district Mohindergarh and Mr. Sushil Tyagi of village Dadsiya in district Faridabad.
