All that has been done is under law. On the issue of withdrawal of cases raised by the representatives of the samiti,  the Deputy Commissioner said that the High Court  is also monitoring these cases. In this regard the representatives of the samiti  could also apply to the State Government and it could be considered after taking legal opinion.
